Debossing

A die in the shape of a logo is pressed into the surface of a product using both heat and pressure.

A subtle and classy branding method that creates a unique 3D look

Digital Transfer Printing

A digital image is printed onto a special transfer paper while the receiving product is treated with a chemical before the logo is applied.

The transfer paper is then placed onto the product and transfers the ink onto the product. The branded product is then treated with a sealant to ensure permanency and durability.

Well suited to branding of ceramic or metal mugs as well as metal flasks and water bottles.

Important to note that Digital Transfer Printing does not print the colour white, so this process is best used on white and metallic items.

Direct to Product Printing

By using specifically engineered jigs, a specialised digital printing head transfers UV-cured ink onto flat or slightly curved surfaces in bold, vivid colours.

High impact branding method that creates a lasting impression.

Can be applied in different shapes and sizes.

Domed Stickers

Stickers are digitally printed on an adhesive vinyl in full-colour and the automatically cut to the required shape and size.

The finished stickers are coated with a polyurethane resin to give them their three-dimensional appearance.

Can be applied to smooth and rigid surfaces but works best on products with a purpose-made recessed plaque.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with designs stitched in strands of thread.

Driven by machines that read digitised embroidery files, Embroidery machines create a design on the product or garment.

Creates a high value look on both flat and irregular surfaces.

Logos can be embroidered in up to 9 different colours.

Foil Hot Stamping

Hot stamping with foil is similiar to debossing except that a thin, coloured foil is pressed onto the product.

Heat and pressure are applied, but in lesser volumes than during debossing, leaving an impression that is not as deep.

Creates a high value look on both flat and irregular surfaces.

Heat Transfer Printing

A digital image is printed onto a special vinyl surface and placed onto the product to be branded. The product is then placed into a heat press which melts the adhesive backing on the vinyl to merge the logo with the fabric.

Mainly used where a logo is too intricate for screen printing

Please note that the vinyl is not cut to the shape of the logo, so the flexibility of the item to be branded might be affected.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is the process of exposing a logo onto a mesh screen where the blank areas are coated with an impermeable substance.

Ink is placed onto the screen and squeezed into the areas where the logo is imposed. Colours are printed individually, so accurate registration is essential.

Provides excellent coverage and is especially good for large and bold logos.

Ideal for bags and apparel but can also be used for umbrellas, coolers and smaller items such as notebooks and folders.

Allows for branding in up to 6 colours

Pad Printing

Pad printing is an offset printing process where ink is transferred from an engraved metal plate onto a product via a silicone pad.

Excellent print detail is maintained even though each colour is applied separately.

• Can be applied in virtually any shape.
• Suitable for most surface textures.
• Favoured for small plastic items including pens, keyholders and torches.
• Allows for branding in up to 4 colours.

Sublimation Printing

A digital full-colour printer fitted with special sublimation inks is used to print designs onto special transfer paper.

Designs are automatically cut to the desired shape and placed onto the product.

Heat is applied and ink is migrated from the paper onto the product.

The product's flexibility is not affected as the ink is simply migrated to the item.

Only suitable for white polyester fabrics or polymer coated products.

Vinyl Stickers

Stickers are digitally printed in full-colour on an adhesive vinyl and automatically cut into any shape.

Can only be applied to flat or slightly curved surfaces.
